From constantly following up to finally moving forward

Get your most important marketing work finished and launched—without having to manage it yourself.

The problem is rarely a shortage of ideas or tools. It is not having the time to decide, coordinate, chase and verify the work. Command Post takes that execution load off your plate.

  • 01

    Clear priorities

Agree on the marketing work that matters most instead of guessing where to begin.

  • 02

    Finished, not half-started

Work is created, coordinated and carried through to launch rather than left in drafts.

  • 03

    Less to manage

You should not have to coordinate several specialists, platforms, prompts and unfinished handoffs.

  • 04

    Complete visibility

You always know what was completed, what is in progress, what needs your approval and what comes next.

Managed marketing execution

Marketing should not become your second job.

No endless prompting. No chasing freelancers. No half-finished campaigns scattered across five tools. No wondering what should happen next.

You always know what we’re working on, what needs your approval, and what happens next.

Why Command Post

A premium managed service that keeps the work moving.

Command Post helps established businesses and professional practices prioritize, create, coordinate, approve, deploy and verify marketing work—without making the client manage every step.

“AI helps us create and coordinate the work, and you approve it before it’s published, sent, or launched.”

For recurring activities, scope and approval rules are agreed in advance.

  • Agree on the marketing work that matters most
  • Create the copy, creative, pages, emails and content it needs
  • Coordinate the moving parts so you are not the project manager
  • Approve work before it is published, sent or launched
  • Carry approved work through deployment
  • Confirm the agreed work was actually completed
The plain-English version

Media Creative 28 is the company. Command Post is how we get your marketing done.

Our team brings 12 years of agency experience across businesses and professional practices. Through Command Post, we help established businesses move important marketing work from decision to done—without hiring a full marketing department or learning new software.

One company. One managed service. Your approval at every important step.

How it works

The Command Post Closed-Loop Execution System.

Prioritize → Produce → Review → Approve → Deploy → Verify. Priorities depend on agreed scope and execution capacity, and multiple priorities may move forward in parallel when scope and capacity support it.

  1. 01PrioritizeAgree on the marketing work that matters most.
  2. 02ProduceCreate the work needed to move the priority forward.
  3. 03ReviewPrepare the work for the client’s decision.
  4. 04ApproveThe client approves work according to the agreed process.
  5. 05DeployCarry approved work through execution or launch.
  6. 06VerifyConfirm the agreed work was completed.

Client approval

AI helps us create and coordinate the work, and you approve it before it’s published, sent, or launched.

Core capabilities

The work your priorities need, created and carried through.

These are available capabilities, selected by agreed scope. They are not all delivered every month, and they are not unlimited—what moves forward depends on your priorities and execution capacity.

  • Priority A
    Priority B
    Priority C

    Planning & Campaign Strategy

Agreeing the priorities, campaign direction and what is needed to move each one forward.

  • Copywriting & Lead Magnets

Offer messaging, campaign copy and lead magnets written in your voice.

  • Email

Campaigns, newsletters and follow-up sequences, sent only after your approval.

  • Paid Advertising

Normal-scope management of one primary paid advertising platform or account may be included when relevant. Ad spend is separate; complex or multi-platform work may require expanded scope.

  • Landing Pages & Static Creative

Campaign and landing pages plus supporting static creative for ads, email and social.

  • Social, Video & Publishing

Social content, short-form video, approved digital presenters when suitable, and publishing of approved work.

Proactive weekly progress updates

You hear from us before you have to ask.

Every week, we send a clear update. Major agreed launches or deliverables are confirmed when completed. There is no extra dashboard or new software to manage.

Each weekly update covers

  • Completed work
  • Work in progress
  • Approvals needed
  • Next steps
Local visibility

Local visibility and reviews, handled when they matter.

When suitable, relevant Google Business Profile and review/reputation work for one primary location may be included in scope.

What usually goes wrong

  • The Google Business Profile is incomplete or quietly outdated
  • Services, links and offers do not match the website
  • Posts and photos appear inconsistently
  • Happy customers are not asked to review
  • Reviews sit unanswered or replies sound generic

What we can handle

  • Google Business Profile updates for one primary location
  • Approved posts, offers and images
  • Review-request workflows for happy customers
  • Brand-matched review replies under agreed approval rules
  • Turning strong reviews into approved social-proof content

Requires an eligible Google Business Profile. Larger or multi-location scope may require expansion. Review removal is never promised.

The shift

From constantly following up to finally moving forward.

Before

  • Ideas sit in notes and never get finished
  • The owner is the project manager and the approval chaser
  • AI creates drafts that disappear
  • Work launches—or doesn’t—with no confirmation
  • Nobody is quite sure what happens next

After

  • Priorities are agreed up front
  • Work is created and coordinated for you
  • Finished work arrives for your approval
  • Approved work is deployed and verified
  • Weekly updates show what’s done, in progress and next

AI isn’t the advantage. Experience is.

Anyone can assemble an AI marketing team. Not everyone knows what to tell it.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and other AI platforms can generate content quickly. What they do not automatically know is your buyers, your economics, your past campaigns, your sales conversations, your brand boundaries—or what 12 years of agency work across dozens of businesses and professional practices has taught our team.

Command Post brings the missing layer: agency-earned pattern recognition, your business-specific context and experienced people who help decide where to start, what to create, what to set aside and what comes next.

  • Commercial judgment

Priorities are weighed against margin, capacity and the value of a client.

  • Prepared for your decision

Work is prepared for review so you can approve, request changes or decline.

  • Execution you do not have to chase

Approved work is carried through deployment and confirmed when completed.

AI accelerates. Experience directs.

Who it's for

Command Post works best when the economics—and the operating conditions—are right.

Command Post is built for established businesses and professional practices generating at least $500,000 USD annually. Beyond that, the value of a customer, the quality of the offer and your ability to provide access and approvals matter most.

  • 01

At least $500,000 USD in annual revenue

An established business or professional practice with a proven offer and real customer history.

  • 02

    Meaningful customer value

One good customer or campaign can materially justify the investment.

  • 03

    Capacity to follow up

Your team can respond when qualified opportunities arrive.

  • 04

    Clear priorities

You are willing to agree on what matters most rather than trying to launch everything at once.

  • 05

    Timely access and approvals

The right people can provide account access, business context and decisions without weeks of delay.

  • 06

    Execution over more advice

You want important work finished and launched—not cheap task-shopping or another report that becomes your homework.

Not a fit

  • Looking for guaranteed leads or rankings
  • No capacity to follow up with new inquiries
  • Businesses below $500,000 USD in annual revenue
  • Financial services, crypto, or regulated healthcare outside dental
